Shipping
 
- Muse ships Australia-wide using, a reliable door-to-door delivery service.  
- Flat shipping rate for orders under $500.  
- Free shipping for orders over $500.  
- Please note: We do not offer international shipping.
 
Exchanges
 
- Online Purchases: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.  
- In-Store Purchases: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days.  
- To exchange an item, please contact us as soon as your order arrives.  
- To be elegible for exchange item(s) must be unused, with all tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility; we recommend using a trackable postage service.  
- Keep in mind Exchanges depend on stock availability.
 
Returns
 
- As a small boutique, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, we provide a credit note for the value of the item(s) purchased (excluding shipping costs).  
- Change of mind returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.      ( ONLINE ONLY ). 7 days ( IN STORE).
- Items must be unused and with all tags attached to be eligible for a credit note.  
- We accept returns for faulty items for inspection within 14 days (online) or 7 days (in-store). If an item is faulty, we will issue a refund. Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned.
 
Sales & Discounted Items
 
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on discounted items, including sale products and promotional discounts.
