Muse ships Australia-wide using, a reliable door-to-door delivery service.  

• Flat shipping rate for orders under $500. 
• Free shipping for orders over $500.  
• Please note: We do not offer international shipping.

Exchanges

• Online Purchases: Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. 
• In-Store Purchases: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days.  
• To exchange an item, please contact us as soon as your order arrives.  
• To be elegible for exchange item(s) must be unused, with all tags attached.- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility; we recommend using a trackable postage service.  
• Keep in mind Exchanges depend on stock availability.
