Do you offer refunds?

Muse Boutique does not offer refunds for change of mind. Instead, a credit note is issued for the value of the item (excluding shipping). Online returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery; in-store returns within 7 days. Items must be unused with all tags attached.

What is your policy on faulty items?

Faulty items are accepted for inspection within 14 days of delivery (online) or 7 days of purchase (in-store). If confirmed faulty, a full refund will be issued. Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over $500 ship free Australia-wide. A flat rate applies to orders under $500. International shipping is not available.

Can I use my online discount code in store?

Promotional codes shown on the website, including the newsletter subscriber discount, are not redeemable in store unless stated otherwise. The newsletter welcome code requires a minimum spend of $500.

How does sizing work at Muse?

Sizing follows each brand's own size range. Muse stocks European and international labels, so sizes vary by brand. A size guide covering Australian, US, Italian, French, Danish, and denim sizing is available on the Sizing page. For specific fit questions, email info@muse-boutique.com.au.

Where is Muse Boutique located and when are you open?

Muse Boutique is at 777 Glenferrie Road, Hawthorn VIC 3122, a few doors from the tram stop. Open Monday to Friday 10am–5:30pm and Saturday 10am–4pm. Closed Sunday.
